Self love is a beautiful thing.
One of my favorite ways I love myself is when I keep my promises to myself. When I set out to do something and I do it. Small or large. Like washing the clothes or cutting my hair or cleaning off my desk. Or writing in my journal every single day for over one and a half years.
Some ways I can love myself more are making better food choices, drinking more water, resting and/or sleeping when I am tired instead of forcing myself to stay awake. Overriding my body’s intelligence, signals, need to replenish and rejuvenate.
